Demolition!

When we received the news that our application to council to shorten our from setback had been refused, we hesitated on the demolition, later finding out we'd have to wait another 6 weeks to get the ball rolling again which would have meant demolition would have commenced on the 17th of August.

Excitingly, we just got the last minute news that demolition would commence on Tuesday 8th August, yay!!

Here's our progress so far...

Now eagerly awaiting approval of our dispensation application - fingers crossed Whitehorse 🤞

Seriously feels like the longest journey already and we haven't even started building! Whilst the tenants were happy to move out ahead of their 12 month lease, we had some setbacks with our council application which have taken up far too much time - had we have known this might be the case we would have pushed our builder to work through these much earlier in the process.
