Welcome to our very first blog!
We purchased 520sqm of land in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs back in February 2016, dreaming about the possibility of some day knocking down the existing home in order to build our dream family home. It looks like that dream is approaching faster than we anticipated and the stars are aligning for us to get that little bit closer.
After much searching for a new home builder that would be able to deliver a custom build (to support our non-standard block), including some higher end finishes for a reasonable price, in August 2016, we stumbled across Arden Homes and thus began our journey.
Since then, we have been working with Arden to realise our dream.
